Our journey begins in 1912 when LALA HANS RAJ VIG created the Dhodha for the first time. It was invented mainly for the purpose of the healthy diet of their students as he was a wrester there. As the high demand of the Dhodha , The Dhodha became famous and highly demandable product and sweet in Pakistan. In 1947 after the partition The Vig family migrated from Khushab (Pakistan) to Kotkapura (Punjab) India
After coming to India their four generations continued their legacy.

After 100 successful years of The Dhodha sweet , The owner of the Dhodha House (Mr. Vipin Vig)Â came to an idea to start a bakery shop on the name of Dhodha . In 2012 he successfully started the first pure veg bakery of the Town (Kotkapura) .
In 2020 , Mr. Vipin Vig left us and his wife (Megha Vipin Vig ) Continued the business And now days the Dhodha Bakery is one of the best and only bakery which provides pure veg (100%) products in Kotkapura.
